Custom samples for prototyping & concept studies

We produce initial samples for approval and small series using a CNC process. We work out the desired shape from a ferrite block (solid material). This offers the advantage that expensive pressing tools do not have to be produced for the development phase and time is also saved.

As the material basis for our ferrite prototypes, we offer a wide selection of performance and highly permeable materials, which you can find in our soft ferrite materials section.

Each ferrite core is crafted with the utmost care to perfectly meet your specific needs and specifications.
In addition to custom-made ferrites as samples, we are also offer the production of ferrite cores in small quantities.
