Our transformers and transducers, built on coil formers using coaxial technology, offer excellent insulation between the winding areas (primary and secondary winding) and therefore particularly effective clearance and creepage distances, which are required in VDE and EN standards. The transformers and transducers are suitable for use in industry, for example in switching power supplies for critical areas such as explosion-proof devices, or medical electronics.
The design and construction of our inductive components can be done individually and custom made (input and output voltages, pinning, number of windings, number of turns, thickness, type and insulation of the winding wires) and additional insulation through vacuum impregnation is possible. We prefer to use our own ferrite cores in our power transformers and power transformers, which have very low power loss and thus result in the high efficiency of our winding products.
