We manufacture high-quality magnetic coils and antenna coils with all common coil formers, cores and in a wide range of variants.

The coils we produce are used in many areas of the electrical industry and offer solutions, for example in medical electronics, as transponder coils for use in devices in mining or in X-ray technology (design as a magnetic coil).

Your specialist for individual and customer-specific coils.

We manufacture our magnetic coils and antenna coils to customer specifications and can also respond to individual requirements. The coils we produce are manufactured according to our customers’ specifications, for example according to drawings or parts lists. We do not have standard components in our program.

Series production of winding goods and coils.

Our strengths lie in the production of small and medium-sized series of 10 pieces to 100,000 pieces, which we produce on modern, controlled and precisely working winding machines.

Structure of the magnetic coils and antenna coils we manufacture:

• Winding wires from a diameter of 0.02mm.
• Coil connections with solder pins or with wire ends (tinned wire ends).
• If desired, layer construction with insulation (e.g. Hostaphan) and in compliance with air and crevice distances.
• Precise laying of the winding wires, especially as antenna coils (transmitting and receiving coils) to enable signal adjustment.
• Example winding techniques / winding structure (on request):
  Trapezoidal winding for improved layer insulation, orthocyclic winding structure to achieve the most compact possible windings, orthogonal windings.
• Individual winding bodies possible on request.
• We prefer to use soft magnetic ferrite cores as the core material for our magnet and antenna coils (e.g. as a rod core, ferrite tile, ferrite disk), but alternative materials are also possible.
• The use of UL-compliant materials is possible upon request.
