The transformation of voltages, power, the galvanic isolation of circuits, resistance adjustment and signal transmission are applications that are possible with transducers.

For example, power and voltages are adjusted in switching power supplies using power transducers.
In measurement technology, signal transmitters are used for the conversion and galvanic isolation of signals.

Transducer structure:
We usually manufacture our transducers with individual voltage versions in order to be able to offer the optimal technical solution.
We prefer to use soft magnetic ferrite cores as the core material, but amorphous / nanocrystalline materials or nickel-iron materials can also be used.
Ferrite core designs:Ferritkerne: E-, EC-, EFD-, ELP-, EP-, ER-, ETD-, EVD-, P-, PM-, PQ-, RM-, Ringkerne.

The transducers we manufacture are usually mounted directly on the circuit board as a THT version (through hole technology) or, if desired, in an SMD version (surface mounted device) and can be done standing or lying down. Connections with free ends are possible.

The following can be chosen as winding wires:

  • Enamelled copper wires with a diameter of 0.02mm or more
  • HF strands,
  • copper strips,
  • Copper foils (also as shield winding),
  • Insulatet wires
  • High insulated wires (PTFE, TEX-E).

Potting / insulation / housing
The transducers can be delivered vacuum soaked, vacuum potted (housing) or as open version. For optimal galvanic isolation, the use of multi-chamber coil formers or coaxial bobbins and also highly insulating films and adhesive tapes are possible.

Quality / Applications / Areas of Use:
The transducers we design and produce are 100% tested, meet the requirements of RoHS, REACH and TSCA and can be manufactured with UL-compliant materials upon request. Our transducers are planned and manufactured under the strict guidelines of our quality policy.
