High-frequency transformers for small and medium power
Our HF transformers are manufactured for mounting as PCB transformers and are designed for the use in small and medium power switching converters.
Areas of application for our high-frequency transformers include industrial electronics, mechanical and plant engineering or medical electronics.
Construction:
- Core materials: Ferrite cores, magnetic powder cores, amorphous cores
- Ferrite cores available in the shapes: E, EE, EC, EFD, ELP, EP, ER, ETD, P, PM, PQ, RM, U, URR, toroidal cores, C, M
- Winding material: copper wire (>0.02mm), stranded wire (high-frequency stranded wire), copper foil
- Open, impregnated, pottet construction (vacuum to maintain air and creep distances)
- Connections: wired (THT, SMD), free ends or customer-specific connection solutions
- Custom bobbins upon request.
- Use of UL-compliant materials on request.
