High-frequency transformers for high power applications
n addition to HF transformers for small and medium power, we also produce high power transformers for use in industrial electronics such as inverters, uninterruptible power supplies, rectifiers, chargers for medical electronics and many other areas of power electronics.
Structure of our high-frequency power transformers:
- Core materials: Ferrite cores (large volume ferrites), magnetic powder cores, amorphous cores
Ferrite cores available in the shapes: E, EE, EC, EFD, ELP, EP, ER, ETD, P, PM, PQ, RM, U, URR, toroidal cores, C, M - Usable winding material: copper wire (>0.02mm), stranded wire (high-frequency stranded wire), copper foil
- Open, impregnated, cast construction (vacuum to maintain air and creep distances)
- Connections: wired (THT, SMD), free ends and customer-specific connection solutions
- Custom bobbins upon request.
