Ferrite materials
We offer our extensive range of ferrite cores in the materials BFM8 and BFM9 as well as in the high-permeability materials BFM2k, BFM3k, BFM6k BFM10k and BFM11k.
Custom-build pot cores
Blinzinger is the specialist in designing and manufacturing of pot cores in customized versions which are suitable for diverse applications like contactless data- and energy-transmission (rotary signal transmitters) or sensor technology.
For years we proof our quality and competence as an innovative partner of the industry for demanding projects. Working very closely with our customers we develop and manufacture cores in customized versions.
We support our customers with extensive expertise and experiential knowledge as to the interpretation of shapes, dimensions and choice of material to achieve highest possible energy efficiency, operational reliability and cost-effectiveness.
The cores are available in individual dimensions and with small holes or notches for connection leads – whereby outer diameters up to 200mm in one piece are feasible. For larger diameters we manufacture the pot cores by joining of segments.
The central axes are precisely centered even at large heights, whereby the cores are perfectly suited for rotary encoders / rotary signal transmitters.
